All i know about it is coming from my Grandma, she is born in Bologna, home of the authentic Italian pasta. I will bring you in a word that lead away and I will show you every secret of making Italian Pasta.

I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant as a chef, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta.
We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch!
