Accademia and Uffizi Mobile-Guided Visit:
- Accademia: 9:00 am aAt the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti.
(from April 1st 2025 check in at 8:15am)
- Uffizi: at 11:30 am, at the Uffizi Gallery Piazzale, in front of Dante Alighieri Statue, located close to door n.1
At both meeting points, our Assistant waits for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line Logos.
Participants have to download the APP, called POP-Guide, on their smartphone, from the APP store before the Tour, any way before arriving at the first meeting point. You will receive the APP code, one day before the booked date, by email or WhatsApp, or from our Assistant.
The service of pre-booking provided by Caf Tour & Travel, ensures to skip the long line (or the general admission line).
Despite our reservations, during periods of increased inflow of visitors, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays due to:
- Security check at the entrance (metal detector)
- The maximum number of people allowed at the same time inside the Museum for security reasons.
Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributable to Caf Tour & Travel responsibility.
It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time.
In case of delay it will not be possible to get the time-entry ticket and Museum access, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry.
